How to create a custom password for your profile.

Groove Vibes Events automatically assigns a password to you when you create a new profile with us. However, we understand that this allocated password may be challenging to remember, or you may prefer to have a custom password of your choice. If this is the case, you’ll be pleased to know that creating a custom password for your profile is possible, and Groove Vibes Events offers a straightforward and seamless method to accomplish this. Let’s explore how you can do this for yourself…

Step 1 (Login to your Groove Vibes Events account):

Begin by logging into your Groove Vibes Events account using the login credentials sent to you via email when you initially signed up. If you no longer have access to these credentials or have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ hyperlink to generate new login details. These will be sent to you via email shortly for temporary use until you update your custom password. You can then utilize these login credentials to access your Groove Vibes Events account.

Step 2 (Click on your username):

Please click on the button displaying the username you created when you first signed up for an account with Groove Vibes Events. This action will direct you to the screen where you can edit your profile.

Step 3 (Click on the ‘Edit Profile’ hyperlink):

This is the screen where you can edit your profile and make changes to any event(s) you have listed with Groove Vibes Events. For this tutorial, let’s click on the ‘Edit Profile’ hyperlink, as indicated in the image above.

Step 4 (Update your password):

Scroll down to the ‘Change password’ section of this page to update your password to a custom one of your choice. Fill in the form as required, then click on the ‘Update’ button to change your password.
