How to purchase an event ticket from Groove Vibes Events.

Let’s go over the process of how you can purchase a ticket to your favorite event with Groove Vibes Events and create awesome and memorable experiences for yourself…

Step 1 (Navigate to the event of your choice on our portal):

Navigate our website to find the event you would like to attend. You can do this by either searching for it on our events portal or using a link shared by your event organizer. For the purpose of this tutorial, we will purchase a ticket from “Event 1.” Once you have found the event of your choice, click on it to begin the process of purchasing your desired event ticket.

Step 2 (Click on the ‘book now’ button to start the process of purchasing your desired event ticket):

Navigate our website to find the event you would like to attend. You can do this by either searching for it on our events portal or using a link shared by your event organizer. For the purpose of this tutorial, we will purchase a ticket from “Event 1.” Once you have found the event of your choice, click on it to begin the process of purchasing your desired event ticket.

Simply scroll down to the ‘Event Description’ section of this page to view the various types of special tickets offered by your event organizer. This particular event organizer also provides a ‘VIP’ ticket option for their event, which you can purchase by clicking on the provided hyperlink, as instructed above. This action will begin the process of purchasing a ‘VIP’ ticket instead of the ‘general access’ ticket available above.

Step 3 (Add your desired ticket to your cart):

This is the page that will appear once you have chosen to purchase your desired event ticket, depending on the ticket category you prefer. Simply edit the quantity of your desired event ticket(s), then click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. Upon doing so, a notification will appear above to confirm that your desired event ticket has been added to your cart. You may choose to view your cart for checkout if you have finished adding all your desired tickets. Click on the ‘View cart’ button to proceed to the next step.

Step 4 (Confirm the contents of your cart before you proceed to checkout):

This is the cart, which will display a summary of its contents. Make sure to verify that the items in your cart are correct according to your preferences before proceeding to checkout. Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ hyperlink once you are satisfied with the contents of your cart.

Step 5 (Complete the checkout form):

Complete the checkout form by entering your contact information and billing address as instructed on the screen above. Double-check that your information is accurate to prevent your order from being sent to the wrong email address after successfully purchasing your ticket.

Select your desired payment option:

Choose your preferred payment option after completing the required fields in the checkout form to proceed with the transaction for your desired event ticket. Groove Vibes Events currently offers two secure payment methods for you to choose from: Yoco and Ozow payment gateways. Click on the ‘Place Order’ button to finalize your event ticket purchase after selecting your preferred payment method. Let’s explore the various ways you can complete your transaction for your event ticket.

Instant EFT transaction:

You can use either of the two payment gateways to initiate an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) if this is your preferred method, as both options allow you to electronically transfer funds for your event ticket purchase. Simply click on either one of them to start the process of completing your transaction using the EFT method.

Credit/Debit card payments:

If you prefer to use your credit/debit card for purchasing an event ticket, simply select Yoco, as it enables you to input your credit/debit card details to finalize your transaction. Step 6 (Download your event ticket in pdf form):

Congratulations! Your event ticket purchase was successful. Upon completing your transaction, you’ll receive two emails from Groove Vibes Events. The first email will serve as your proof of purchase, containing an electronic receipt. The second email will include your event ticket attached as a PDF file. Please download this file to view your event ticket, which will resemble the example in the image above. Present this event ticket to your event organizer on the day of the event for scanning and verification before gaining access to the event.
