This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to ticket purchases made through Groove Vibes Events. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy set by the individual event organizer. Event organizers are responsible for defining their specific refund and cancellation policies.

Commissions Based Plan Refunds

For events using the Commissions Based Plan, the 5% commission as well as the R6.50 processing fees charged to event attendees is non-refundable from Groove Vibes Events and the liability will be imposed on the event organizer. Event organizers are responsible for handling refund requests related to the ticket price set by the organizer.

Premium Based Plan

The upfront premium fee incurred by event organizers utilizing the Premium Based Plan may only be refunded to the event organizers in the event that no tickets have been sold using our portal and may only be redeemable within a period of 15 days after the purchase of  the plan. Be sure to contact us with regards to refunds that are eligible within a period of 15 days after you purchase the plan or else, you will forfeit the right to a refund afterwards.

Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary and are at the discretion of the event organizer. Event organizers are encouraged to process refunds in a timely manner.

Canceled or Postponed Events

In the event of a canceled or postponed event, refund eligibility will be determined by the event organizer’s policies. Groove Vibes Events is not responsible for any costs incurred by attendees related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

For refund-related inquiries, event attendees should contact the event organizer directly through the Groove Vibes Events platform. If there are difficulties in reaching the event organizer, users can contact Groove Vibes Events support for assistance.

Changes to Refund Policy

Groove Vibes Events may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Exchanges

We only replace event tickets if they are defective or rendered unusable before they are utilized at an event. If you need to exchange it for the same item, ask your event organizer to contact us with your relevant information and we will process the ticket exchange as soon as possible.
